It took more than 1 month for my leopard wrasse to get acclimated to my tank schedule. The first couple of days, he spent most of his time sleeping/ burried in the sandbed.
Depending on individual fish, I had one that adjusted to my tank schedule within 1 week.
They're not the easiest fish to keep when the first time you get them, because they don't ship well & can't handle stress well.
But once they get rid of their jet lag & start eating, they are pretty hardy. If there's other fish bothers the leopard, make sure you have a close canopy since it'll jump out just like any other wrasse. Good luck.
