Leopard Wrasses in groups

I ordered 4 female meleagris wrasses from liveaquaria 11 days ago and all 4 are looking good, eating frozen mysis, and roe pretty aggressively.
I already have one female meleagris in my 240.
I bought 4 with the hopes of 2 surviving. That may sound bad, but lately I've had bad luck with wrasses from LA.
I figured 3 would be a good group, with hopefully one turning male.
But now I may be faced with the decision of adding all 4 to have a total of 5 in the 240.

Does this sound like a bad idea?

What are the chances of more than one changing to male?

They are in a quarantine tank and day 2 of the second round of prazi pro.

Was actually more along the lines of just adding the two smallest ( youngest?)



I added 5 lyretail anthias all at the same time a couple months ago, and I have 2 of them looking very male.

It's an interesting question. I have five leopards of differing species in my tank and they are all female, and have been for quite a while. I'd like a male or two. I also have a very large male dusky wrasse, and wonder whether his presence is suppressing the leopards from changing. Any views on this?

I wouldn't have thought so. Ime even closely related or coloured species know they are different and will continue to change on their own. Some do it fast others takes a long time or simply don't change.
