That is a beautiful angel! Love these guys.

Bad picture, this guy won't stay still, but I just had to share my little 1 1/2" goldflake juvi. Had him for 4 weeks now and is almost ready to come out of QT. Took a lot ot TLC and many many variety feedings to get him going. Now he eats brine, cyclpoeeze, flake and spectrum. He'll also eat ground up pieces of mysis. One interesting thing about this guy is that he ONLY eats food floating in the water. Once it settles down on the bottom he won't touch it and he's never picked at rocks or substrate.

Hey LargeAngels, what's the latest with this one? Would love to see updated pics!

I've noticed my Bicolor acts like that. Food in the water column or on the surface is greedily gobbled up. It hits the bottom, it ceases to exist. Odd, because he grazes algae on the tank walls & LR.

Michael- those bandits are amazing, they look very healthy. Nice to see this thread re-emerge.

So many changes since my last post in this thread, my flagfin died of an internal bacterial infection I believe and my blueface got very large and aggressive for my 180 so I gave him away. Here is a pic of my current majestic angel which I have kept for 2+ years.

Wrott- I am keeping them between 69 and 72 as of the last few weeks. When they go into the DT, they will be kept at 68. These fish will live at 78 but will slowly wither away, I would not recommend keeping them above the low 70s.

KT- Thanks! I love these little fish. It is nice to have a pair that will eat literally anything!
