Thanks Matt! I have a 75 gallon refugium that I use to house corals my MI or potters bother. My fish are overall pretty well behaved, but one should be prepared for an angel or MI to develop a liking to some corals. In general, I like fish more than corals.

I always try (these days) to plan my corals around my fish. There being no such thing as "Reef Safe" in any practical reality. Any fish can turn on corals. Still, kind of unusual for a Centropyge angel to munch SPS corals.

I have had him/her? for just over 4 years. got it at about the size of a quarter and now about the size of a small hand.
Its been trying to change colors for about 2 1/2 years now and its been a very slow process for this dude. I was wondering if anybody knows about the change and how long it takes.
The second pic is right after I introduced him into the main tank about 4 years ago.:beer:

nice scribbled. how big has it grown over that time? how big is she now?
DD is selling scribbled angels like hot cakes. almost daily they put out a new one and it would be gone in a hurry.

Thanks. I would say approximately an inch. I would guess 5.5 to 6 inches with tail.
Yes, they have been. They didn't have any for at least 6 months and the last month they have sold one every day. They seem to come in seasonally and mostly in the fall. I live in Wisconsin and went there to get it, at the time they had at least a dozen, but after those were gone they really haven't had more than a couple that entire time until now. The workers there said the same thing, they get them a bunch then don't see them. So anyone thinking about it, don't wait too long!

how about some true personifers? DD needs to get those in!
i am keeping an eye out for:
1) true personifer
2) male false personifer
3) male scribbled.
i have a 3" female scribbled. i see LA has a 3.5-5" false personifer. i'm tempted to email them to see how big it is.

I have only ever seen 1 true personifer there that I remember. Those don't come around much.
I was going to say they have a false personifer(meredithi) on LA, but couldn't remember what size/sex. They get these in relatively frequently on DD too.
They have 7-9 inch male scribbleds in right now on LA for 700!
