All too often you see the emaciated washed washed versions of these spectacular fish but seldom is seen how pretty they can actually be. Here's mine to start things out.

Mine's in the sump, so that I could add more yellow tangs in the display. He get endless food from the scrubbers, so I don't have to feed him.

For me....it is hard to beat a fat, healthy PBT! I am scared to get one....don't think my 120 is big enough to have one long term, but I will have one someday...

I love my little lard ***.

Not to start a tang war, but honestly... I feel it's not so much the environment as it is the fish. Some do better in captivity than others. This little guy does great. I lucked out with him... he doesn't chase anyone and is probably my most model citizen in my tank.

Well... my guy's only half powder blue... a naturally occurring hybrid with Acanthurus nigricans... but fat and happy... with me about eight years now... goes after anything new that eats algae... even the magnet cleaner!! :D

I have had him about 2 Weeks and it is about 2.5 inches. I just set up a 180, switched from a 90
