Let's start a Tank of The Month (TOTM)

We all can put up diff. pic's of our tank and have everyone vote for there favorite one and at each months meeting we can shake up beer and spary it on that months winner :jester:...LOL . But seriously what do all you think. I'm game it will get us to know alittle more about each other's tanks. Brian AKA... BB

It's a good idea. It would be nice to make it a sticky with photos of our tanks.
Of course mine will be a photo of purple rocks with a few frags! Not a TOTM winner before 2011 for sure.
Also I remember that Greg has a some experience with a camera and could give us some tips to make good photos.

If someone would like to take charge of totm I'm all for it. You would be responsible for everything from setting up the threads to the monthly presentation at our meetings. Sounds like a great idea.

I wouldnt mind doing this TOTM thing but really have no ideas how to do it like set up for voting or anything once I know how to I will do it. Let's plan on starting it for January Lets say the first 2 weeks to get up pics then the last 2-3 weeks of the month will be for voting and at Febuary meeting the Jan. TOTM will be said and so onnn..... Brian

Well at this month's meeting will talk about TOTM and I'll be in charge of it so start thinking of any idea's or anything for this next meeting.. so we will do a Febuary TOTM and the winner will be awarded in the march meeting need help with the setup of the thread but can help me at the Jan.30 meeting Thx's Brian

Just an idea, After all nominees post their tank in the totm thread you can then make a new thread with a poll for voting. Thanks for taking responsibility for ARK TOTM.

For TOTM I might have a 30 gal and larger and a nano TOTM. Just an idea so the larger systems and go up against there own and us smaller tanks and go up against or own size tell me what you think thx's again starts in febuary... Bring all idea's and thought's to our next Jan 30th meeting...Brian
