i am running Bio pallets in the reactor right now i have a Mag 3 witch is hardly moving the pallets . i mean they are tumbling but i am starting off with only 100ML and by the time i am done with slowing adding i will me at 400ML i need a bigger pump i am working with a tight budget . maybe if you have something in the 600gph to 850 gph and you would want to trade may Mag 3 for any help would be great

How many inches up are you pumping the water? maybe you can lower the reactor to lower head height to get more flow?

Add teflon tape to the inner tube (the part where the inner tube meets the cap) and the flow should increase.

its about maybe 10" to 12" i can try and lower the reactor into the Water instead of hanging on it .

The less head pressure for those little pumps the better. You want minimal flow through the reactor. You don't want the media grinding against itself and turning into dust.

Everyone I've seen lately running pellets tumbles them a lot more than say carbon or gfo.

Talk to Chad at Coral Gazers. We have moved at least 15 reactors of various brands. He might have something for you.

Did you remove the bottom red plate ?

Yes. But I installed some mesh at the end of the tube to prevent back siphoning. However, you won't have a problem with back siphoning if the reactor is lower than your tank. I never had a problem with back siphoning but installed the mesh as a peace of mind.
