Solarensis fairy wrasse
McCoskers flasher wrasse
Blue girdled Fairy wrasse
Blue scaled fairy wrasse
A beautiful turquoise 1st grade Maxima clam
Lots of small gobies and lots of other fish.

What were they charging for the ORA?

their prices were REALLY cheap compared to other places that i have seen. the had a really nice borealis, hawkins, some other acros i forgot the name of... all under 50 and pretty decent sized frags.

Def. worth the trip. The colors arent 100 percent at the store because the halides they r under look a little pinkish for some reason. I bought a frag and it looked waaaaaaaaaaaay better in my tank.

BTW - anyone take pictures of any LFS they go to? i wanna head over to atlantis and neptunes soon... kinda wanna see what the shop looks like before making a trip.

One thing about this club is most of us don't take pictures ... lol .. maybe we are just lazy. I think Ken is the only one. But when you go to the bayarea, forget about Atlantis because their price is out there. I would reccomend Neptune for sure, they are very reasonable and have frags in all price range so you won't leave empty handed. BTW, a little bird had told me they are receiving some very nice shipment recently and more are coming in.

The LFS that support us with donation and giving us club discount, I usually make regular visit to their store and give updates in the LFS goodies alert thread.

Craig is good with a camera too. Where did he go? Did he fall into his koi pond and get iced over? Did his nudis slime out of the tank and stage a late night attack? I thought they only ate montis... :lol:

I like Easy's idea of pics of our LFSs. Maybe we can start a thread showing our LFSs with at least an exterior and interior shot of each?

I agree about the look of Jofish frags under their MH lighting. Adding some blue T5s or T12s to show off the colors more would be good, imho.

Hey I think my ears were just burning did someone say something??

Ken, I miss a meeting because I I am so dedicated to miss work and all of a sudden I am AWOL. Its not like I got to go flyfishing in Montana or anything:spin1:
I actually have been trying to figure out a vertigo issue I have been having and still testing so I have had a few Drs appts. Also I have been working a lot, I am maxed on vacation hours so I need to take some time off(hmmmmm maybe the 2 are related):headwalls:

I actually might go fishing this weekend in the sierras so things are turning around a bit.

I have no problem lending whatever skills I may have either in taking photos of members tanks or our LFS. One thing to remember is that we need to make sure the store is O.K. with us taking the photos and posting them. They should have no problem as it is actually good publicity for them. You never know though as somebody may get upset that a color of a coral looks funny or a tank might look less than full.( any ides who treesmoker?):lol2:


I think it would be a good idea and I am still game to do a virtual tank tour with photos as well even though mine aren't looking the best I think I might be in the running for the most GSP in a 55gal.
