More people should own up to their mistakes, I hope this store does the right thing, I would not want negative publicity in my business during these difficult times. I think the word "Robbery" however is not appropriate, have you ever bought a coral that was mis-identified, paying far less than you should? You may get into your car thinking you got away with "Robbery", or maybe a "Steal" or a "Deal"... You got "Ripped" off, or taken advantage of given your urgency, but not "Robbed"... I feel for you, and if it were me I would silently take my business elsewhere. It is the silent loss of customers that businesses really need to be concerned with, someone who walks away, and simply never returns. If enough people are treated this way, they will eventually go under, and with a "HIGH" quality, caring, responsible, knowledgable, friendly store right down the street, that is not a risk I would be willing to take as a business owner. I just think the responsible thing to do would be rename this thread to "I got screwed", you would make more impact, IMO.
