Light on anemone 24/7 while sick?

When QTing an anemone, is it good to keep light on it 24/7 for photosynthesis or is that actually bad to do while it heals a torn foot?

Also, treat with Iodide or Cipro? Was told PH, heater and light with LR on glass bottom is sufficient. That true?

Cipro is always a great choice. For the light a normal 8-12 hours. They only actually photosynthesis for 4 hours of the day I believe.

They are animal and evolved to have a night period during the day. My coral and anemone bleached in the past when my timer stuck and light sat in 24 hrs for several days. Fish got sick too, a few died.

Also keep in mind cipro becomes inert in light, so it should be added at night w/ lights off.
