Light recommendations

I know it depends on what types of corals I want to keep (at least I think I know), but I can't make a decision. Can someone tell me what is a great option for lights? I don't want to spend more than $400. I have a 75G, would like to get some T5's, probably 4x54, would like to place in a canopy.

I don't see a difference between these two:

I'd love to have some sort of dusk/dawn effect with them, but don't know if that would require getting two sets of 2x54 packages and thus two ballasts. Is it possible I could get one of the above units and then add another ballast later?

You can't because they are the same lights. They should provide plenty of light for that 75 and you can add a moonlight retro if you wish to gaze at them in the wee hours.

They appeared to be the same to me too, but I needed some expert reassurance. Thanks for responding WaterKeeper, I will refer to the other 'newbie' threads and posted articles with regard to bulb combination(s).
