Lighting for frogspawn or Hammer. Is it enough?

I was thinking about it but a friend is moving and is cleaning out his tank so he is going to give me stuff so I will have to wait and see. Thanks I have really enjoyed watching it go from sand and rocks in to this. True enjoyment.

What color is it taking on?

The strands are turning like a tan color the tips are still bleached but slowly coming back.

Exactly what my frogspawn is doing. It's looking sort of brownish, but the tips of the polyps are still mostly white. Still not sure what it's going to look like.

Yeah I know what you mean but is nice to watch it change day by day. trying to figure what to get after this.....not sure what to get bubble coral is nice and so are trumpets. Might just wait might be upgrading to a larger tank so we will see.

What about Acans? Some awesome looking colors on them. I just ordered three frags from Mr coral. They should arrive today actually.

yeah it still is the stalks are what are getting the tan color so hopefully the hammer tops will follow in pace..........Thanks it is fun to watch them grow and get bigger.

My Frogspawn is mostly a tan brownish color now. There are a few extensions that are still pretty white, but most of it is coloring up. Unfortunately it looks like a turd.

well if it does look like a turd hopefully it will become better then one. the hammer is coming along great starting to tan up around the base so I will try and get a better shot the heads are still white but figure it will be a slow process. I will post more pictures soon.

I dropped my hammer well my urchin dropped it now it is dead I think its kinda fleshy around the rock now.

Not sure since I am still new but if it is still fleshy then it has a possibility to come back but i am still new so if someone knows more on this please feel free to jump in for baws187.

Really nice thread and very nice torches, frogspawns and trumpet corals. these are all my first choices after I made a list so it makes me want to get one sooner lol.
