Lighting for quarantine?

I'm going to be starting the process of converting a 150g FOWLR system to mixed reef. I'm going to set up a 10g coral-only QT, with the intent on leaving any new additions in quarantine for at least 72 days (my DT is ich-free, at least on paper, due to no-exceptions TTM).

My question is, can I get away with an inexpensive Home Depot LED refugium light, like the one I have growing chaeto in my sump, or do I need a "coral-specific" lamp?

Thanks in advance.

I would go bigger than a 10 gal, isn't a 40b like around 40-50 bucks

Not really a cost consideration - more space, since the basement is pretty jammed. Is a 10G going to be a nightmare to keep stable, if there are no non-corals in the system? If so, I'll definitely go larger. I had just seen many references to 10G QT systems for corals, so I was assuming that was doable.
