Lighting over a 20"h x 20w" x 25"L zoanthid tank 14k 150w or 250w???

Setting up a new zoanthid only tank and just wondered what you thought would be the best lighting with regards to the MH, i plan on running a 14K lamp but i am not sure which would be the best for the zoanthids, a 150 watt or a 250 watt.
My only real worry is if i will have any heat issues if using a 250w,
i would appreciate any help or advice, also please answer the poll,

i would say because the tank is 25" deep that you will probubly whant to go with the 250. just use a good size fan and blow lots of air acros the light and the heat should not be an ishue.

250w 14k.. I'm using 250w MH SE on 18" deep tank... just take your time acclimating your corals..

I would do the 250watt. Mine tank is 21" deep and the 250 is perfect for that depth.

If you are doing a zoanthid only tank Id go with a 150 phoenix but if you are thinking of getting some SPS then go with the 250 for sure

250, you're not gaining anything by running less light and you have more options with more light.
Also, there are a lot of zoos that only look good under intense lighting. I got a 175 for my tank which is mostly zoos (29 gallon) and I regret not going 250.

Lighting archive, in case you missed it in your searches. I switched from 2x MH 250watt to T5x10 myself for my new zoathid/sps growout tank 9 months ago. Less heat, lowerer electric usage (especially using icecap ballast to overdrive the bulbs) Very happy so far.
