im thinking about getting new lights for my new set up should i get the Sfiligoi XR4 72'' or the 48'' the tank dimensions are 60''long X 44''wide X 24''tall. I think the one thats 72'' fixture is only 6'' bigger on each side and i still get good coverage vs the one thats 48'' fixture long i would be 6'' short on each side depending on how the light is adjusted i can stiill get coverage, but its only 22 wide on both the 72'' and the 48'' fixture. and most fixture are 22'' wide but my would be 44''.

tell me witch one you would pick and why? or if you have a better suggestion
let me know

I would go with pendants with pheonix 14k. you wouldn't need actinics. If your set on a fixture go with the 72 I don't know if the 48 would be enough light

If you're stuck on fixtures, I'd go with 2 48" fixtures, you can keep lower light corals on the ends and all is well. It looks too out of place to have a light fixture extending very far past the ends of a tank. Plus all the wasted light outside the tank.

If it were me, I'd retrofit 48" t5's and just stagger the lamps to get a full 60" of coverage, with 44" front to back you could easily do a 12 lamp setup and be in great shape

I had the sfiligoi xr4 2*400 watt over my six foot tank this light would cover a 60'' tank without a problem freat light...

Yeah I'm thinking about getting the aqua illumination, they are realy expensive, or ATI with profilux simu-L, I'm looking for the tunderstorm effects, by the way thanks for he help guys
