Asterina also reproduce via splitting, or arm dropping, so it is common to see the different size arms. I'm not saying this to discredit the image or something. But arm morphology looks much different than the Linckia does, and the size would also seem to agree with the nickel to quarter size Asterina. Nice however you put it though.
