I've been revising my planned fish list for my new 180g several times now in the past several months. Just wanting to plan out as best I can and also getting input from the wife on what she would really like.
Setup is a 180g w/ 40g cryptic zone and rugf sump with around 200g actual water volume. SRO3000sss skimmer and dosing vinegar. It will be mostly LPS dominant with maybe one or two SPS and a Maxima clam. Lights are LED and around 20x turn over with return and two tunze 6105's creating a nice 1in wave action. This tank is an upgrade from a 55g I had setup for several years.
So, any input on issues I may encounter or stocking order I should do.
What I have right now in live stock:
bunch of various snails
several blue leg hermits
2x fire/blood red shrimps
1 yellow watchman goby paired with a tiger pistol shrimp
1 false perc clown
2 kauderni cardinals
1 shark nose goby
1 magnificent foxface
What I'd like to add now and in the order I plan on adding:
2 Mandarins (wife really likes these and caused an entire mix up of my original planed fish list.)
1 blue spot jawfish (keeping tank temp to 75-76 and another wife choice)
2 red head solon fairy wrasses, C. solorensis
3 N. carberryi anthias
3 Maldives Lyretail Anthias
1 Powder brown tang
