Live fish from petco online.

If the fish is coming directly from the wholesaler and is never in a Petco system, what exactly condones this holier than thou attitude?

The OP is about Petco online, IIRC. People either lack reading comprehension or have an agenda when they go OFF TOPIC posting about anything else. This thread has been rendered useless by people (including a mod) bulldozing the thread.

We get it. You hate Petco and defend Live Aquaria to the death... What does that have to do with answering the OP's question?

I guess this is just my imagination. Granted that liveaquaria is one of the larger suppliers I cut to the chase and thus my answer. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.

Can you read? I said original poster not the original post. I know for some of you that you just do not have the experience to understand the plague on the hobby that is petco... I've been around the block and in the industry long enough to know that petco is a cancer that needs to be removed.

The point is I do not NEED experience with petco online because it doesn't matter where they get the fish to send to you. WHAT DOES MATTER IS IT SUPPORTS A COMPANY THAT HAS A HISTORY THAT I AND MANY OTHER HOBBYISTS FIND IRRESPONSIBLE.

Smh..as others have said, you have no valid point and now you're trying to change your point of view. If you have no first hand experience with petco online, u are contributing nothing to this thread with whatever agenda you may have, along with other members that just want to bash petco. And by saying you have been around the block means nothing as many of us have been in the hobby for a loooong time even if we just found out about rc.

I have ordered from LA DD MANY times and have always been completely satisfied, but
If there is a place that we can order online that is associated with qm, why not investigate further and possibly help other reefers get healthy fish at a discounted rate?

No valid point? Change my point of view? Clearly you must be high. Since I worked for petco for 3 years back in 2004 -2007 I know how they operated, I know thier policies, I know that they don't give a crap about the animals they sell and by supporting them you clearly have the same mindset. Corporate policy creates an environment for oodinium, brook, flukes, and ich to thrive because as an employee, all you can do is do water changes. Petco almost made me quit this hobby and I will never forget how arrogant and niave corporate was. This company must go. For anyone who supports this monster I really hope that you pick a different hobby that doesn't include live things. On the other jand, I also know that reputable companies should be supported to increase the good in this hobby. Liveaquaria has done more for this hobby in one day than petco has in all of its existence. This I could not be more sure of. It may seem like their is no harm in helping out petco but when a company has a goal (remember a goal is something you set that should raise the bar and work toward) of 30% shrink, that is loss that I cannot condone nor let people feel good about supporting. Petco online is the same company as those petco stores thus when you give money to them you are supporting these practices and losses. Plus petco online does not send livestock from qm so quit thinking it does. If you have ever seen a qm price list you would automatically know why there is no way they do even if you do not believe the director of liveaquaria.
 
Sorry to see that you are too ignorant to understand my point. I am done, enjoy that fresh smell of liveaquarias butt since you are so far in there to see other points of view in this hobby. Good day to you sir.
