Looking for colorful SPS Frags, anyone have some for sale?

Hey all,

I am looking to add some color to my tank, and was wondering if anyone had some colorfull SPS frags for sale?

I have the caps and lps already looking to add some Rasberry or bright green Millies, Blue or purple Torts and Tabling acros.

Also still trying to recuperate from the holidays, truck break down and a recent large purchase in new bulbs,salt,test kits,gfo,gac and such.....not looking to spend $50 on a 1" frag.

So, if you have some decent sized frags and want to make some room, please let me know, I usually work all over central and north jersey and can come to you with cash.

I'm in north NJ, I only have frags of tri colored birdsnest for now. I'll attach a pic of the mother colony when I first got it, that is what it is capable of looking like. My lighting is too strong so I lost a most of the green, and it is now pink with purple polyps, but shaded spots on the mother colony are redeveloping the green (all my available space is high light). Both frags have been growing for several months. Right now its like a bi colored birdsnest, pink with purple polyps. I'm sure if you put this guy in a medium light spot, it will go back to the way it originally looked.

Large one in the center is the mother colony, not for sale. The medium sized one on the left is on a Live Rock piece, its about fist sized I would sell for 50$. The far left one is on a plug and is 2.5-3" tall, I would sell for 20$

If you wanted both, 60$ for the package

I have a few frags im selling. Located in North Jersey zip 07604. I have a 2.5-3" 2 branching purple tip nana acropora, 2 x3" red monti cap, and a small 2 branch of bright green digitata. I will do $25 for the nana, $20 on the monti cap, and $10 on the green digi since its small...or you can take all for $50. Let me know I can text you pics. My tank is very healthy and clean. SPS dominated.

Also, here are notes from the seller of the original colony to me

"I would suggest keeping that bird's nest in medium light regardless of acclimation. Under high lights it tends to turn mostly pink with only slightly yellow tips. Under low light it becomes mostly the greenish yellow color. If you place it under medium lighting you get both colors in close to equal proportions all with the purple polyps."


Because I only have high lighting areas (no overhangs or ledges in my aquascape), mine has adapted and become mostly the pink color with purple polyps. The lower areas that are shaded by branches are developing the yellow coloration due to the reduced light hitting them. If you put this in medium light, it should adapt and regrow the yellow and greens.

Not really at the moment, just the birdsnest. I dont really frag my corals too often, but when I do I'll make a for sale thread. Thanks for the interest, this is motivating me to build a frag tank.
