Looking for input on a new tang and/or wrasse

Want to add another tang. Currently running a 90g with a 20 gallon sump and good filtration.

Current live stock is as follows

Yellow tang
Hippo tang
Fox face
2 bangaii cardinals
2 black ocellaris and 1 orange ocellaris
Six line wrasse

I wanted a sailfin, not sure what type of tang I can and can't add due to already having a yellow. Also don't want to over populate tank and cause a new fish and my existing fish extra stress.

Any suggestions and or tips?

in my 55 tall I have Yellow tang, Hippo tang and sail fin. the can get territorial. yellow and sail fin were in the same tank at lfs and quarantine together which I think helped. other wise I don't think I would put them in a small tank. hope this helps

Yea I def would not put them in anything smaller, 55 tall seems way to small for those three though. How long is your tank?

Unfortunately I think the hippo will eventually outgrow your tank adding another tang will probably just lead to aggression. Also 3 tangs, 2 of which get huge in a 55 is pretty crazy

I already have a yellow tang. I planning on getting rid of the hippo as soon as it's to big. Right now it's very small, maybe max 2.5 inches.

Heads up: 6 line will harass a Leopard badly.
You already have more than enough Tangs.

I agree with Gary. Two tangs is pretty much the limit for an enclosure that size and you already know that it's too small for one of them. Personally, I'm not a fan of buying fish that you know that you can't keep, then putting it through the stress of catching it and transporting it to someone else.

You could do multiple wrasses, but you'd need to remove the 6 line (which can be a real challenge), and add the new ones at the same time. Leopards are great, but they can take a while to transition to frozen and pellet.

i can back gary up on the six line giving the leopards a run for their money. infact anyone that wants a free sixline come and get him. but you have to catch him

Leopards are great, but they can take a while to transition to frozen and pellet.

Ben, I got lucky. My Potters Leopard Wrasse was already eating mysis when I got him from ARC. Also transitioned him to pellets a few months back without a problem.
