I went to CVS.Walmart. Walgreens. Pharmacy's and they say you need a prescription for needles I have two insulin syringes and they will not suck up or push out kalk I need a bigger diameter syringe to help get rid of some really bad palys taking over my sps I've tried aiptasia x with no results .....what do you guys do

Vinegar, Peroxide, & lemon juice have all been used in tank for aptaisa.
I got my syringes from my dentist who was also a hobbyist.
If you strike out try the salifert small ones & cut the tip on a sharp angle.

I used those insulin syringes before, you have to remove the metal needle tip, I forgot how I did it but it came off easily. I probably used pliers and just twisted and pulled the metal needle off, good luck.

Yeah but if I pull off the needle how do I inject the mushrooms and annoying palys

I will look into the salifert ones thanks

They are all over ebay

I will check it out thanks what gauge do you think would suck up kalk slurry and still inject it into mushrooms and palys......the insulin ones I have ....have no gauge on them and they dont work I don't want to buy the same ones....thanks

Or maybe I should try injecting aiptasia x into them too because just putting it on the oral disk just annoys them for a week or two then back in full force with more baby's they are spreading all or my tank its ****ing me off

You can check an animal clinic or farm type store. Friend goes there for his steroid syringes but that's a different story lol

Whenever I need syringes,I just went into Walgreens and asked for them. The people behind the counter usually expected some sort of explanation, but I told them the truth, and no one ever turned me down.

I did the same at all three places listed above and they looked at me like I was crazy asking for syringes to kill corals ....I explained the process and still the weird look.....

The NEEDLES are usually 27G on an insulin syringe. If you are looking for larger needles you would probably need an 18-20G to pull the thicker stuff.

I tried this with clove oil and he told me he couldn't give me anything for a non-medical condition.

Obviously at that point I told him I was joking about the fish and needed it for my toothache.
