looks like red bugs! fresh tank though, suggestions?

Looks like what my invertebrate book calls red menace( flatworms). Almost like the red ghost on pac-man. tank only has 7 small frags in it. What do they harm? Besides making me itch? Any pest just bugs me for some reason. Easy way to eradicate them? Nothing is being bothered as far as I can tell.

they choke out corals and your best bet would be to get a melenarus wrasse

They cause no harm. Many fish will eat them.
