Thanks guys for the compliments.
Feeding is done very easily. I turn off my pumps and drop coral frenzy in 2-3 times a week and leave the pumps off for an hour or so.

Yes I agree its alot of frags and personally really hate that look but its the only way to get some of the morphs I want. So a year of growth and it will be more of how I like it.

Tank Specs
Aquatinics 14 bulb 6ft fixture. 10 ATI Blue Plus, 2 UVL Aqua Suns, 2 UVL Actinic WHites
1 Vortech Pump
50 gallon fuge with an Octopus 2000 Recirc Pump and a barracuda return pump

so what'd you think of coral frenzy. I switch between feeding live phyto and a mysis/cyclopeeze every other day. Feeding acans can be difficult with the fish in my tank and was thinking about this or reef chilli.

I really like the coral frenzy. I have been using it for over a year. It has alot better ingredients than reef chili so I went with it over chili. Occasionally when I actually have time I will target feed mysis but that is few and far between.

If people would sell the cool corals instead of frags my tank wouldnt be so frag filled. lol

Any other fish additions? Im gonna add some more fairy wrasse and some anthias

OK, why isn't that on the Favia thread, it sure desrves to be there!
BTW, are you the demon Kev Apsley sold his soul to for those beautiful frags & colonies, esp. the Favia?
That Oulophyllia is unreal. Nice pic of a less common favid. I think you are getting ready for more polyps by its looks, too.
Too cool! More close ups! More I saY!

Matthew

you have some real impressive brains and acan. for some reasons those are my favorite lps's and you have some nice ones. good job

well, I'm sold! I've been keeping an eye on coral frenzy for a while now, and was waiting to see someone with a nice tank who used it regularly. I just ordered two bottles and I'm going to give it a go. Thanks!

I needed the 180 to fit all the frags lol cause the 90 couldnt hold them.

JustJim,
You will like the Coral Frenzy. I have been getting good growth out of my corals. Its all I have been feeding that goni. I feed a heaping tsp to the 180. I stir it for a good minute then let it soak for about 10 min then I shut off my pumps and dump it in and let it settle on the coral it makes it easier for the polyps to catch. If you have small fish they snag some of the particles.

I have a few more favias that I need to snap shots of. Babys breath, triple threat, ect...

Ill try and snag some more photos this weekend.

ReefMonger, Super Sweet...How did you manage to get a frag of the Immolation Chalice???Lucky Dog :D. I am waiting patinetly for my frag of that, very patiently, lol.

Love your tank and when all those babies grow up it will be doubly awesome :).

Ah, well that explains it. Being that I live in the Bay area close to a lot of sources for great corals I can't be to jealous ;).

Great corals! Would love to see an update in a year. You're gonna need another tank soon with all those frags!

Nice pieces. Is that your main display or frag tank? Looks like my LFS.

Its my main tank. Everything now can grow in. Plus it has way better things than your LFS :)

Yellow plate came through a LFS.
