LTA pics - this doesnt look right

Putting a new nem in your tank is going to stress it a bit, and adding the 40% WC could have stressed it a bit more(another change in params)
I would maybe blow sand off w/ a baster(gently, and not alot)
And just leave it alone.
The more you mess, the more it could irritate it.
That intake would make me nervous.
When that nem relaxes and stretches for light it could easily get sucked in.
 
Finally uploaded my pictures of what happened when mine let go, and floated into the intake of my Seio. ( I found it why mine let go, since it had not moved in a couple of months -- found an old razor blade that had fallen into the tank, near the LTAs spot )

I took the PH out of the tank, and put it in a bucket of tank water, let it sit for a couple of hours - to let it pull out itself. Have to admit I did give it some help -- which wasn't the smartest thing.

Back in the tank -- about 3 hours after I found it in the PH.
