The sump is delayed for another week. Bah.. Can't do any plumbing. Taking the time to add more electrical outlets around the room. Drilled some holes for RODI line and bought a Spectrapure Maxcap. also wired a Cat6 cable to the tank for APEX.

Thank God I read your thread and hire someone to do my plumbing.... however It's still very difficult to set up a new tank and transfer the old tank over in a short time. I have only 4 days left to move out of my old house and today I just start mixing water and add sand.

Oh boy that is a lot of work in 4 days. Lmk if you need anything or help. I got alot of large temporary containers. Hundreds of gallons..

Plumbing was no fun.. Waking up to flooding is even worse. Glad that's over. And glad you dont have to deal with it. Haha.. It's a ton of fun standing nearby watching tho.

Thanks Bro I'm almost done with plumbing waiting for the water to clear and I will start bring live rock from my old tank everyday until wed then i will shut down the tank bring 150g of old water over and bring the rest of the fish and coral. I don't have much but some fish and corals. What city are you in may be when i'm done with my tank I can swing over and learn some more tricks.

Thanks Thrist the hard work was done. Now I just need to bring my fish and corals over. I'm planing to re use 200g of the old water so it just like a big water change I hope.....

been neglecting the tanks lately.. I'm still waiting on AA to finishing making my ATO container, stands/racks, and tank cover.. It's been over 4 months.. I'm not even looking forward to them anymore. just keep on cycling...

here's a quick update.

sooo after hearing just about every excuse in the book, John from Advanced Acrylic finally finished some products. products I paid for 10 months ago in Oct 2016.. while waiting, I started building my car and allowed the tank to cycle for 10 months..

ATO arrived today. 150gal. 50gal fresh for ATO, 100gal salt for AWC.

bought a healthy female crosshatch trigger for $500. pretty good deal.. but now I have to find a male..

other fish in QT: 3 yellow tang, 1 convict tang, 1 yellow boxfish, 1 copperband butterfly, 1 algae blenny, 1 pair mandarin, 2 firefish
other fish in TTM: flame angel, sand sifting goby, Harlequin tuskfish, purple tang, cardinal

I put all my corals in.. still looks empty..

fish in tank: lightning clown, foxfish, 2 golden rhomboid wrasse, lineatus wrasse

I knew I should have cycled it longer.. tank ruined..

here's the tank cover AA made (peel still on).. I wasn't expecting it to be solid. thought it would have some netting. but I guess I didn't make it clear enough during instructions either so eh.. tank is already running at 83 degrees today. without house AC or any chiller. I think a full cover will be too much. these can be winter covers.. the little pop ups are for mounting my APEX night light LEDS. also comes with a spot for APEX autofeeder. side gaps are to fit the sea swirls
