Majano Wand.....it really works!

I bought a Majano Wand and have spent the past 45 minutes having a "majano blast" party! It dissolves them! Gets into little holes and nooks really well. Very, very happy:dance:

No I didn't, probably would be a good idea, but my tank is so full of LR....I have had a terrible infestation for a couple of years and it has just been getting worse. I've done the kalkwasser paste thing, and it works OK. Lately I've resorted to removing rock and letting it just die off. I'll probably take out the rock that has alot of them on, do the kalkwasser on a couple of bottom, back corners of the tank where I can blanket a bunch of them at one time, and use the wand to take care of the rest. I'm giving myself a month to try and do an almost total eradication.

I'd try sucking out the leftovers as you kill them. Sounds like it would be impossible to get all of it but I think it will help you in the long run. Did you try peppermint shrimp?

I am really tired of these majano's also.. I have seen the wand video and would love to buy one.. I will follow along and see how things go for you..

Does this work on Aiptasia?

BTW some guy on NR in their livestock forum was looking to buy aiptasia and majano as part of some sort of experiment...

I bought one of the knockoffs...used it 4 times and it broke.....got it replaced under warranty....used the second one 5 times and it broke...got a refund. I hope this real mccoy one lasts.

But I will say that this type product is like any chemical aiptasia eradicator in that if you don't get the entire anemone it will grow back. Aipatasia/Majanos that have their foot tucked into holes in live rock are not easy to kill with this, just like Joes Juice or any other existing treatment, because you can never be sure you electrocuted the entire anemone.

Nice I made his website. This just proves that google works =)
Good job! Do you have access to the hosting also? I would add "www" if you can... helps to make the url jump out a little better. If it's set up through GoDaddy, you can do it under "Forwarding" in the Domain Manager (under "Domain Information" section)... you may already know that though.

hmmm $100 bucks?? sounds like you could set up house calls for a fee and pay for it in no time. Majano busters...
