Malu or Mag?

This seller on ebay has 2 mags listed for sale. One is yellow and is a malu and the other is this purple that I'm not certain of. Anyone?

I don't think that is a mag. It would help to see the mouth though. Almost looks like a BTA judging by the tips of the tents

I would stay clear of the yellow malu (or rather crispa from the looks of it) as it is clearly dyed (and most likely intentionally bleached before the dying process).

The magnifica seems to be a magnifica but I would be hesitant to buy it.

Orion/Minh had a beautiful bright yellow Malu
That purple is a mag, a nice one, but boy that price plus shipping...guess it depends on how bad you want it.
It also says nothing about where it came from, if it were an established mag from someone's tank I would consider that price.

In the pictures it looks OK, but not great. You definitely need to be prepared to treat it.

Yellow everywhere means that it is dyed.

I'm not a %100 convinced that's a mag. Tentacles are very "unmaggy", plus the foot looks off to me. Additionally, mags rarely display such prominent verrucae. That is more of a crisps trait.

Yes, the yellow one is clearly a crispa.
The purple one looks like a mag, but I kind of wonder if it may be dyed too as they usually have a different colored column than tentacles. If it's all uniform it's suspicious.
