i would say most likely not as i have him in a frag tank that has a chamber set up for chateo with a number of copepods.

The dorsal fin is higher on a male than on a female. They are a wonderful fish to keep in pairs.

From the pic it looks like maybe female, the male dorsal fin is 3-4x bigger with a long spine at the end. One of my favorite fish
