all the green corals I add eventually turn yellow its becoming a problem

Hey March, beautiful tank! It's going to be sick once it fills out a bit!

I have a question regarding your lighting:

I am planning a similar tank, only it will be slightly taller at 24".
do you think your light fixture would provide enough coverage, given it would be mounted closer to the surface of the water? (its a room divider between the dining and living rooms, and I can't have the light blinding anyone).

That tank is freaking phenomenal and your colors are off the charts! Well done, really glad I checked in to see the journal, just WOW.... That video was really nice, went well with my 2nd cup of coffee, I feel like working out now :)

I am not sure if I missed this when I went through the thread. What are you alk and calc levels, also how often do you do water changes and what volume?

100% , this fixture is the $%&. I'm very impressed with it now after doing some par readings. Way stronger than I thought

alk right now 9.3 (usually around 8.5)
calcium 450 (usually around 420)
water change everyday small amount
total volume of the entire system maybe around 500


now for the good stuff

the blue polyps and this piece are becoming really pronounced now as it grows
