has anybody been getting their orders?I ordered mine the last week in march (pre order) have not recieved an email from marc after several tries to reach him, what he do fall of the planet? :confused: :confused: :mad:
 
I got my rocks about 2 weeks ago or so and have had no problems whatsoever. Even with their reputation for email being bad.. I got my emails fairly quickly...
 
I ordered/paid on March 26th. Finally on April 16th, I got an email with a UPS tracking number which only says "Billing information received", in other words nothing actually shipped yet. Multiple email inquiries and no responses.
 
It seems that his pre-order ability is pure crap. I ordered from him on the 8th of April, and I have YET to get an email with a tracking number.

Last monday, my pre-order status went from pre-order to shipped. However, that has now been a full 5 buisness days and I have no rocks either.

I do know that ground UPS from his place to mine only takes 4 days. So, this is/was an easy choice for me. I just contested the charge on my credit card due to non-fulfillment.

I have done a google search trying to find if he has a "favorite" forum. He doesn't. The last place he posted at was December of last year.
 
Thanks everybody,guess I`ll wait another week if still no responce I`ll have to dispute charge,hate to have to do that...

the way I see it if you can`t keep up,hire someone to help!!!

I preordered in March and got my shipment in the first week or so of April. Well worth the wait, IMO.
 
I dont think anyone should have to "hunt him down". It's bad business plain and simple.

If you are unable to take the time to answer emails that pertain to the product that you sell, then maybe you need cut back on what your doing.
