So I got my fishes through 2 rounds of formalin bath, TTM, 2x prazi and now it's in quarantine tank for observation. How long is consider safe before moving to display? Is two weeks consider adequate since they look pretty healthy and eating great.

Two weeks is not sufficient. Minimum should be 8 weeks from the day you got them.

Well it will be 4 weeks then, since its already been 2 weeks of ttm.
