that is true, but the pipe fish may be able to find a lower flow spot in marks tank as marks tank has more caves, cliffs and caverns and naka has more of an Atoll in his tank.

besides that i think naka has 2 vortechs a closed loop and the return, so that is not "low" flow.

hmm i might have misspoken there. i am not 100% on him have a CL i just figured most AGE tanks have CL.

Here my response to your above post Nick.

My glass needs to be cleaned every second or third day.

Elevated nutrient levels, what do you consider elevated? 10-20 nitrates and <.05 PO4 IMO, are not elevated, but this can be debated all day long

that is where i like to keep my levels, i have to clean my glass every 2-3 days as well, that is exactly the answer i was looking for. thanks Mark

do you prefer P04 at .05 or do you prefer them lower? in the .01-.02 range

do you ever test for nitrite? if so what level do you prefer?

I like them under (<) .05. I have been feeding extra pellets of late for the new fish, but I prefer them at .03.

I do not test for nitrite because I know my levels are at 0. I used to do weekly water changes, but I have been slacking and doing it every other week.
