Thanks Pete. We're old people, We were in bed by 10:30 and up at 6:30. Thats what happens when you have a 2 year old. We try to keep her on schedule but it turns out that she keeps us on schedule

Well, we let the little one stay up until 12:30 last night with us, to bring in the new year. Knowing full well we were going to pay for is this morning... So far, not too bad.

Thanks Ian, I still have a couple pieces coming in from trades and I a few out in the garage as well. Needless to say, my tank needs a "no vacancy" sign

Thanks Kenny, The tank should look a little better in about 6 months once evrything starts to take off.
My substrate is made up of aragonite 2 & 3 and small reactor media. It still gets moves around a little in one spot, but I could fix that but adding a small rock to direct the flow away from it.

Looks great! Your colors are really impressive. So, you use 250watt radiums with HQI ballasts?
Any other secrets to getting such vivid/dark colors?

Thanks. I'm not a coraloligist, but I believe the dark rich colors come from nutrients. I feed a lot and I have 30+ fish in the tank and I am always looking for more

What is "true" anymore when you have vendors who sell "close enoughs" as the original piece so they can charge more or you have so called hobbyist who have websites and wholesale licenses... but I'll leave that for another day
