For the moment, I have to find a reason to go 125 miles to see my friends, other than just wanting to raid their tanks for new goodies. Mandi's got a line on a new teaching job in Roseville, so a move back might be forthcoming and permanent. (crossing fingers)

The jocs are doing swell
The female (existing) has started to change into the more dominant of the two and its anal fin has started to get a point to it, so it will end up being the male of the pair. They pretty much leave each other alone except the occasional chasing, but all in all, they leave each other alone and are eating well.

It sure would be nice having you back in town, but I can also say that my trips to the fish stores have drastically declined over the last couple of months.

I did spend almost 3 hours scraping the coraline off of my back glass today though :eek1:

Bet that was fun.
On another note, the Potters didn't make it. Seemed fine yesterday morning. Has been swimming around normally and eating well. Came back yesterday afternoon to find it on it's side and breathing fast.
Everyone else is fine, so who knows.

No rest for the wicked......Or those on a trading/collecting spree.
I save up trades for months and then get them done in two parts of the year when the weather is right.
You should see the tank now that I cleaned the glass I had to leave the lights on for an extra hour yesterday just to sit back and watch the jocs. I also turned on the UV for the first time since Nov yesterday. I want to see what difference the Prodibio was making in the coloration of the tank.
