Max Min Flow 6095

Rodger Most of the advise I find on flow rates for 6095 in the forum date back a couple of years. Just checking on what is best for my 6095. I use the new DA Archon controller. Settings are in percentage. How high/low should I go? How long between switch times?
I seem to be damaging the little blue disk more often than I would think normal. any thoughts?

Anyone have comment on minimum/ maximum flow rate for 6095 that will not harm motor or parts?

I believe 30% is the lowest the motor should be run on, and 100% is fine.

Correct, 0% or off is fine, as is 30-100%, the newest units with the built in controller can handle 20-100% due to some changes to the circuitry. Generally if the disk is wearing out, calcium or sand is the culprit, it is binding the prop drive magnet to the disk and creating a grinding action, it won't usually be due to speed.
