Thanks

The camera is nothing special just a canon HD video camera the cheap model. I used a magnifying glass infront of it though :lolspin:

How are they on allelopathy? I have mainly softies and LPS as I am trying to create a patch reef type environment. I also have some lagoonal Montiporas. I have been researching these for a bit. I am thinking of getting one tomorrow. Mostly I hear that they can even get along with other anemones (I have a recovering Sebae). I want to find out what your experiences have been.

I've had btas with minis and had no problem.Maxi minis don't split but the minis will split.

That's good I'm getting a rbta this weekend and I would like to get another maxi for this tank too

I hope so, I think mine might be a mini. I didn't realise there were two types until post-purchase! I've also been calling them Mini Maxi's :lolspin:

A few people jumped onto the Maxi Mini craze in Australia but they are expensive for us so a lot of us don't know much about them. I didn't realise they may split on their own either which is also really good news.

What size are yours? Mine get about 3-4" before splitting and it takes a while, but I've seen similar looking 1" ones that stay small... I prefer the bigger ones :)
