Patrick...is that 36 for me? Awesome! Deviled egg eating contest! Randy and Art will be there...they are usually up for a food eating competition.

the more I read all this I think we need to go ahead and asign designated drivers! :beer: this sounds like it will be a great meeting! anyone ever tried using beer as a tank additive? dave you up for some experimenting? :D
 
Believe it or not, I've tried vodka briefly. Oh, and anyone trying that and caught will be promptly escorted to the door:) Looks like I'll have to put my boys on civility patrol.

I think the risk with you dave isnt someone adding to your tanks, it someone removing from your tanks! :D watch the good REV hes shady when it come to nice corals.
 
concidentally the meeting is going to be going on the same time Aquarium on papermill is having their open house. Giving away lots of stuff (including full setups) and extremelly good deals on everything in the store.
 
Last time I went to that a cop totally friggin' harassed the hell out of me because he perceived that I was going 35 mph in their parking lot. He didn't have a radar gun and I was in my old Cherokee...so there's no way, but he was all over me about it...yelling at me and freaking out. He was basically acting like a big ego-tripping a-hole.

Nope...never going to that open house again. It's not worth it to me...I've never won anything and I hardly ever buy anything anyways.

I'm not trying to discourage you guys though...go right ahead. I just personally am not gonna go.
 
They have nothing I want! Nothing personal, but they are rude and don't support the club in the least so I won't support them by going to their open house!:bum:
 
glad other people are having poor experiences there too, for a while thought it was just us. Just try buying something there, or even worse window shopping and then trying to buy something, or not knowing exactly what you want and wanting to get some good advice. Sarah and I sat in there intentionally staring at the most expensive doral they had for 30mins hoping that they might come over and ask us if we needed help with anything. We didn't want that coarl, but thought it might be like looking at the BMW on the Honda lot kind of thing ya' know. I personally don't like the store all that much. Sorry for the high jackish rant here. Good news though, I am in the process of getting a Mon. - Fri. job now. The station just has to find someone to take over the weekend shift. Until then I will be doing Tuesday through Sunday. Once I hit Mon. - Fri. I will then be able to start soming back to meetings and the like.
 
OK, so far I've got coming:
Chattanooga: Bryan, Patrick, Brandon, Dave
locals: Randy (and Ashley?), Mel (and Brent?), Chase, Scott, Don, Tim
That's all I could find in this thread who said they're coming. A long way from my expected 30 as I'm sure not everyone's chimed in. We'll definately have extras on hand, but if you're reasonably sure you'll be attending, please let me know. Thanks.
