Sorry about the confusion (I confuse myself all the time with this stuff)
Generally for nitrates you want to increase you carbon source which feeds the bacterial and thereby the consume NO3 but you also have cyano- bacterial which will also feed and multiply when you dose you carbon source.
Need to take a look at your export of the excess bacteria and nutrients too much of either will increase the cyano and NO3. Try doing some water changes and also what size tank and skimmer do you have?

Thanks mate. Got some feedback from BW to use RBF @ 2ml and MB7 @ 12 drops daily and see how it goes. Also backing down on Restor and AA's.
BW seems to be good stuff, my corals have never looked better and it is entirely attributable to their stuff. Currently using neo zeo method without the stones, but may try them out in a few weeks.
It was also recommended that a nitrate reserve of 5-10 is good to help prevent disasters caused by unexpected nutrient deficiencies from occurring. To be honest, my corals seem to love it
