McCosker's update

lcs

It's Spring!!!!!!!
He's doing great so far. He's eaten mysis, Rod's regular, and Ocean Nutrition pellets. He wasn't sure about the pellets at first, but he took to them pretty quick. He's started to swim around much more and he's starting to recognize me as the one with the food.

It is going to be so difficult to wait at least three weeks before putting him in the DT. He seems so lonely down in the basement all by himself. Must resist . . .

Mccosker's Wrasse = a great fish !
I have one too.

This lil bugger holds his own with big boisterous reef fish.
A great addition to any reef.
Just curious- what size is your DT?

(No issue with the fish. He's great in any size tank, small to huge aquariums of course.)

It's a 56 column by Perfecto I think. 30"W x 18D x 24H. Nice shape for aquascaping, if not for finding the right size lights!

Cool.

I'd like to try a tank like that size someday.

With an open top, to grow plants out.. (Mangroves / other)
Inside: some other macro algaes and odd ball invertabrates.
With an oddball fish or 2 or other shrimp.
I'd waiver between Marine or marine/brackish...

Nice dimensions though.

What lights ya got on it?

Current Sundial - 4 bulb T5 with Geismann bulbs. I would have liked a six bulb fixture, but I couldn't (and still can't) find anything that is 30". Maybe in the future I'll have to get creative. Or upgrade. :)
