I would suggest going over the array looking for wiring/soldering problems. Make sure orientation is correct on every LED. Make sure every LED works with a diode tester (sounds like you already did this). Make sure there are no shorts to ground.
Then, go over the driver end of things. Make sure the dimming signal is wired correctly. Check it with a VM to make sure you are getting 10v at full on. Check other driver-related wiring.
If you are 100% totally sure that there are no problems in the array or driver wiring in terms of dead LEDs, wiring, or soldering problems, then try swapping the driver from the functioning string to this non-functioning string.
