Metal halide replacement bulbs?

I was wondering where i could go to determine the right bulb for my setup? there is somewhere on rc that tells the par rating and shows pictures but i cant find it.

I was debating on the xm or coralvue 250w but any sugestions would be great.

I am curently keeping a few sps and a few lps but plan to go mostly sps...if i can keep them living without buying a calc reactor.

Any help would be great.
