I guess it's because some people don't bother to read the forum's stated purpose: A forum for discussion of environmental and ethical issues surrounding the hobby...

There are threads on here asking about gluing frags, about feeding a nano tank, about metal halides, etc.

Maybe one of the moderators will move them to the proper forum?
