Diving into the anemone and rip out the inner organs are really bad for the anemones. When this happen, the anemone will not make it.
This anemone is very atypical. the mouth have alway been tight. So far the clowns does not do this. I have so many clowns that I don't hav eroom for them. This is a SnowOnyx pair of a friend who ask me to keep for him. I am trying to get him to take them back but so far he have not. I really don't have room for this pair. If they turn out to be a problem, they will go into the sump of my main system.

No deflation more than 30 hrs.
Will see how he going to do.
No deflation is good, but it looks bleached and appears to be losing mass. I ran into this same issue with the last blue gig I tried to treat. Have you considered feeding it? I know it may be too soon, but my hypothesis is that when gigs bleach and don't eat, they end up losing mass because they eat themselves to gain energy.
It's good that the clowns aren't trying to enter its mouth. I take it as a negative sign -- an indicator of sickness -- when the clowns try to "torpedo" themselves into the mouth.

He did feed a lil piece of food, and it did eat.
I think he's due for another small feeding.
He's looking good Minh, but like D-Nak said, he appears to be loosing a lil mass. Still looking very good though IMO. He's gonna make it!

My blue Gigantea is doing better. I had him in the QT reef for at least 5 days without deflation.
Nothing go right with this Gigantea but he seem to take it like a trooper. 3 nights ago my heat controller malfunction. I check on him before bed and everything was fine. In the morning he ust did not look right. Touch the tank, it feel warm so I check the controller. The LED display was off but the heater indicator was on and the controller feel warm. I unplug and replug it back in and the temp was just bouncing around. I took another controller and hook it on and the temp read 90 degree F.
I cool the tank down with ice and cold pack in plastic bag. Did 100% water change later that day and several more time as the tank start to be clowdy from my large Xenia population that really shrink down.
Through out this episode, the anemone shrink down a little but never completely deflated. He loose his footing a little, but not release his foot hold. Since I have rather high flow in this tank, I elected to put egg crate around him. I don't want to go home to Gigantea soup for dinner.
Here are two picture from this AM. The second picture I included some of the Xenia colony. They are very sensitive to heat. about 1/2 melt away and the other start to recover

He is in my QT reef now. It is a full reef with skimmer. he just not doing well, gradually decline. No accute deflation, just not eatting and getting less and less inflation every few days. At this point I don't think further antibiotic will help. I concentrated on good care, light and water changes as needed. May be he will be like one of your anemone. Decline then misteriouly turn around.

This is what confuses me -- I don't understand why gigs rebound for a bit, what can be considered immediate improvement -- then begin a slow decline. Two of mine appeared to immediately respond to antibiotics, then over the course of two weeks, they slowly went downhill, gradually declining in size with inflation less and less. The mouth seems to get bigger and looser, until eventually the mesenterial filaments are exposed.
