Mitras hanging kit

Jay did you cut the 8020 hardware yourself or have them do it? If you don't mind me asking, did you use basic M4 screws to mount the Mitras to the rails? I really like the way yours turned out. I want mine to look like that as I wouldn't want a big gap between the fixture and the rail.

Thanks Rodney, i had them cut them. Al gave me the dimension between the threaded holes on the fixture so they would fit perfectly. I used 3" metric screws (i forget what size) and the extra washers from the hardware to fasten the fixtures. The screws were silver so to make a cleaner look i cut pieces of black tubing to hide the screws. It really came out nice.

Thanks, yeah, I wanted to be able to access the top of the tank...with this rail I can "slide" the box 6ft in either direction....:dance:

It is also excellent when cleaning the tank....by sliding the box over, the lights are not getting splashed on...
