i have a 40 gallon long and i have a gbta and a sabae, i want to get a green carpet and a rbta, i run carbon f they tuch will they sting each other?

I have GBTA and RBTA and they don't sting each other, so you should be ok with those two touching each other. The others I would think you wouldn't want touching.

Plus a carpet is gonna get kind of big for a 40gal.

Full grown carpets are like 3', and a sebae is about 2', so I'd pick one or other.
Actually I'd probably just have BTA's in that size, maybe a couple mixed colors.
I wouldn't want diff species touching.

I think you will have space issues, thats a lot of different anemones for a 40 gal, not to mention the amount of waste they will produce.

Yes. They will sting each other if they touch. I had a crispa and haddoni that were about 12" each. Now I just have the haddoni. It killed the crispa.
