The threads in 2008 just dont quit. Can we get a vote going for Craziest Thread of the Month?

I dont even know if these threads can be linked. They might have been removed by the mods in the end. They were all great for a good laugh. Maybe the Admin will resurect links to these wacky jaunts for this special ensamble. Lets gather some links to the most crazed threads in 2008. What I have seen is way out on a limb and I know there must be many more that I missed.

How many of you saw the Osama Bin Laden sympathizer running a full page ad with photos in RC on Easter weekend?

Now we have a rodeo mantis shrimp riding on the back of a fish thread developing. Yehaaaa! Rodeo Mantis

I personally liked the Reef Safe Orca thread. Is that still going on? I cant find it now.

Anyone care to mention the most insane threads they have seen this year. Provide links if you can and lets gather together the best of the worst so far.... just for laughs.

I agree with that. The $6,000 skimmer thread by da1jewfish was borderline crazy. I even made a comment on his side and then we got SLAM DUNKED!!! My fault for not reading all the details first. But I will admit that was the most talented way to drive home a point that I had seen in a long time. BRAVO!!! to the Victors!!!

This isnt intended to hurt anyones feelings because we all have those occaisional crazy moments and crazy ideas that we spit out then bite our tounges in realization. Some just experience this more often than others. Dang, I even poked fun at myself in the skimmer thread. What a goof! Lets have some fun and gather the craziest of the crazies together here.
