Hi, only been keeping softies for about a year just now building a small reef 75 gallons question is ive been fragging toadstools and xenia and moving the frags and some mother colonies around for different looks and flow mods. Will this hurt the corals? eventually i wiil leave them alone but ive upgraded the lights from 150s mh to 400w mhs and thus things have been shifted around.

moving them too much can irritate them to the point of decline. and some are more picky than others.

so once you pick a place, that both you and the coral are happy with....leave it. you'll be happier exponentially you left it alone, instead of ****ing it off, and possbly hitting or bothering other corals while moving it all the time.

Thanks. Im keeping toadstool leathers, pulsing xenia, anthelia, gsp, montipora capricoris. Not the most demanding species from what i've read. Will moving the toadstool frags around hurt them? Just trying to find the right spot flow, light wise?
