This should be fun moving 400ish gallons of seawater, 300ish lbs of rock,
fish, eel, coral, all kinds of equipment. and the tank

please go smoothly

Damn, How do you even plan for something that size? liverock & fish move into buckets, tank is drained to moved, origanal water is added back to tank, followed by live rock, then fish without causing a cycle. I am not trying to be critical "” just trying to learn how the process works.

I will be using two 150 gallon rubbermade stock tanks and few brutes and few 55 gal barrels.

60 feet if vinyl hose, pump, Wagon. A VERY LOVING WIFE.

Hey, Adam. Just let us know if you need any help. Since you have a tall tank, I would imagine you need an extra set of hands to help move the rocks from inside the tank and put them into the storage bins.

Also, with the large tank, you would also need help netting the fish and bagging them for transport....

You have my number.

go rent some suction handle bar thingy. will make life much easier for tank this size. I would help but you live too far and I'm without a leg :/
I do have a few barrels you can borrow if needed!

see you soon!
Good luck.

I had a big move back in June, the expensive fish didn't make it but the Damsels and Aiptasia's made it just fine

good luck with the move!

If you need some help with the move let your fellow reefers know. I am not that knowledgeable but will help if needed.

Do yourself a favor and set up one of those stock tanks at the new residence. Move all the livestock into the tank. Then go back for the remaining rock sand and larger tank.
It is also helpfull to have at least 100 gallons of fresh salt mixed up and ready at your new place. Good luck!
