moving tiny white spots on back glass ID

Theres a bunch of really small white spots moving around on tha back glass, dont now if they are copepods or some kind of crustaceans. They move pretty fast, theres too a white things that doesnt move that looks like a root. Hope these things arent bad.Im including pics, but remember are on the back glass so dont know if the pics would help. any help is welcome. Thanks guys..

The fast moving things are pods...nothing to worry about.

The non-moving things are some sort of feather dusters...nothing to worry about.

Glad to hear that. So i have hundreds of copepods,are they in the sand too?Im asking cause one day i would like to add a mandarin.

Congrats on your little guys! If you're looking into a mandarin, set up a refugium with macroalgae at some point so you can breed and protect those pods so they can spill over into the main tank for your fish. A mandarin will quickly eat up all your pods and then waste away.

ok thanks for the adviceI have some Green banded gobies that actually are eating them. I though that if they was on the glass maybe they was in the sand too. But not sure.
