Mr. Cena's 800 gallon Reef Tank

All those guys that unsubscribed are missing out this is going to be an awesome tank! My tank is just 30 inches deep and its a pain to clean sometimes. Im glad i dont have to clean this one. Ha Ha.

I totally agree. Its a pain enough to clean my 300g tank -- let alone get all the way down in this monster. Magnets work well, but not that well and getting the leverage to scrape of coraline with a long handled scraper is going to be a real hassle I think -- cant wait to see how this beast of a tank shapes up!

It wont be hard to clean the acrylic at all. The tank is getting a Magnavore 10 magnet. Coraline algae wont stand a chance with that magnet lol.

I have to say from my own personal experience the single best thing I ever bought for my own fish tank was a Magnavore magnet. All my life I bought the cheaper magnets like Magfloats. I would scrub and scrub. I never knew how much better a quality magnet was at cleaning until I got one. Man what a difference! My tank has so much light I have to clean the glass every day. With the Magnavore my tank sparkles in no time. I kinda got my Magnavore by luck. About 10 years ago I made/invented acrylic mods for Magfloats that attached razorblades to them. Well I let a friend barrow it for his tank and he liked it so much he wanted to keep it. Well razorblades don't mix well with silicone and over time you most likely will damage your seams. So I went to a LFS and they told me they like the Magnavore, I tried it and love it.

Magnavore

I should get paid for this kind of advertisement lol, but seriously it works great.

Dyraxe, you've sold me. I'll take two, as long as I get my free set of Ginsu knives thrown in too.

I love my Piranha and Hammerhead magnets, plus they float if separated. However, in that particular tank I would hope they never separate because it would likely float up under one of those shelves and be out of reach.

ray showed me a great trick for cleaning acrylic with a magnet, using the outside mesh of a sobe sponge it works wonders on the hard to clean algaes.

I had a 110 tall on a really tall stand and it was a difficult tank to get magnets out of. I would take fishing line and tie a large stainless steal nut to it and going fishing for my magnets. I think if that ever happen to me in a tank that tall I would have to resort back to my old ways.

Fyi: If you buy a Magnavore 4 or smaller they float. The larger ones do not.

I see you getting a bit a flak from time to time about the odd size of this tank and how hard it is to maintain.

Let me tell you, if I had serious cash, I'd make the weirdest size and shape tank I could, feed it like crazy and pay some poor sucka to dive in and clean it when ever I thought it was the least bit dirty!

This tank is severely sweet!

That is EXACTLY what he did!!! LOL everyone point and laugh at Ray!!!!!

Under normal circumstances and use of the proper scrubbing pad made for acrylic tanks it will work just fine. As always you want to make sure when your cleaning at the bottom of the tank that you do not pick up any sand and gravel. This can ruin a tank fast if your not careful.

You don't have to worry about scratches using the magnet on an acrylic tank?

No matter how diligent you are sooner than later, you'll be polishing out any acrylic tank. I love the guys that built this tank. But I hate acrylic simply because they always scratch. I always sell glass before Acrylic if at all possible. A tank that size would have to be made with tempered glass and the corners would require additional internal bracing to have good sealing integrity. That might jack up the tanks price to an unreasonable amount.

Chevyman it is impossible to locate a house from two pictures that have no info on them let along from pictures that do not even show the entire house. Your house that you posted may look similar but it is not his house.

oops.
then why for years have they made composite drawings of bad guys and told us to be on the lookout for said person(s)?

no nut cases allowed!

Because the Good sketches are done from an eyewitnesses account. And the bad ones are just created.

I swear some people just don't give up. Do you got anything better to do?
